What we do differently
Most legal news covers what the Supreme Court does. We cover what it doesn't — the dismissals, withdrawals, and refusals where, in practical terms, the High Court gets the last word. Each of our briefs is structured around five questions:
- Before the High Court — what was litigated below?
- What did the High Court hold?
- Before the Supreme Court — what relief was sought in SLP?
- What was the SLP outcome?
- Why this matters — the rule the refusal leaves standing.
Editorial standards
Every case page links to the underlying order PDF where available and cites neutral citations. We do not accept advertising on case pages. Corrections are issued on the same URL with a dated note appended.
